What is a FIFA football agent?
A FIFA football agent is a licensed professional authorised to represent players and clubs in transfers and contract negotiations under the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR). Since the reform, every agent must pass the official FIFA exam, operate with written mandates, and comply with strict transparency rules on commissions. In England, agents must additionally be registered with The FA; in France with the FFF; in Italy with CONI.
